True Beauty has been renewed for a second season and joins the list of reality shows that we could probably do without.  True Beauty, airing on ABC, is a series in which contestants compete to see who is the most beautiful.  They are told that the premise of the show is outer beauty, but the real show is that the judges evaluate their inner beauty.  The show is hosted by Nolé Marin, Cheryl Tiegs, and Vanessa Minnillo.

The winner of the show receives $100,000 along with a feature in People Magazine’s 100 most beautiful people issue, which is counterintuitive since one gets in that issue for being nice.  The show is produced by Tyra Banks and Ashton Kutcher, with the first season premiering earlier this January.

The second season was filmed in Las Vegas and features judges like Beth Ostrosky Stern and Carson Kressley.  In order to keep the real show’s storyline mum, the participants were told that they were competing in a new modeling reality show called Face of Vegas.  While ABC can’t have every show be a hit, this does fill an hour-long timeslot somewhere along the week.  New episodes of True Beauty begin on ???.  If you miss any of the show, you can always get caught up by watching it at the following sites:

  While we’re unsure if Fancast will upload recent aired episodes of True Beauty, one can still find photos and short clips on the show as well as episode guides.

  If you want to wait until the season is over to have a True Beauty marathon, you can go and buy the season at iTunes.  The episodes are in standard definition and will run you $1.99 per episode ($14.99 for the entire first season)
